Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Lifestyle Checklist mobile application and related public information pages operated by JANISZEWSKI SP Z O O, referred to in this policy as “JANISZEWSKI,” “we,” “our,” or the “Service Provider.”
Lifestyle Checklist is designed as a personal checklist, habit, routine, task, and progress-tracking utility. The app is not an enterprise project management platform, team collaboration tool, medical habit treatment app, therapy app, mental health diagnosis tool, fitness coach replacement, financial planner, school LMS, workplace surveillance product, productivity guarantee tool, strict life-coaching system, or replacement for professional advice, personal judgment, medical care, or secure backup practices.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. The app does not require a user account, login, profile, cloud account, or authorization flow.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, basic technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. JANISZEWSKI does not retain that data for tracking, profiling, advertising, or analytics.
Local checklist and routine records
If you create task entries, checklist items, daily tasks, weekly tasks, recurring tasks, habit records, household chore lists, work schedule notes, personal goal entries, priority categories, completed item states, routine preferences, progress logs, app settings, or other local productivity data inside Lifestyle Checklist, those records remain on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
JANISZEWSKI does not collect those local records, does not transfer them to its servers, and does not sell or share them with third parties.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. Lifestyle Checklist does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, JANISZEWSKI does not share app data with third parties. JANISZEWSKI does not sell personal data.
Data Retention
Lifestyle Checklist does not collect or retain personal data through normal app use. Since JANISZEWSKI does not collect app usage records, task entries, habit records, checklist items, progress logs, or account data, JANISZEWSKI has no app personal data to retain.
Any local records you create in the app remain under your control on your own device. If you contact JANISZEWSKI directly by email or through a website contact form, we may retain that correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, or comply with applicable obligations.
Data Deletion
Because Lifestyle Checklist does not collect or store personal data on JANISZEWSKI systems, there is no server-side app account or cloud profile to delete. You can remove local app data by deleting entries inside the Application where available, clearing the app’s local storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily contacted JANISZEWSKI and want that correspondence deleted, contact us at support@janiszewski.site. We will review and process deletion requests where applicable and legally permitted.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. JANISZEWSKI does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the app.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of app-related personal data exposure is minimal. However, no system is completely secure. Users remain responsible for maintaining device security, backups, and access controls for any local information stored on their devices.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
JANISZEWSKI may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Where required by law, JANISZEWSKI will seek consent before material changes take effect.
Effective date: 2026-07-17
Your Consent
By using Lifestyle Checklist, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to JANISZEWSKI and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
